(**) it should be noted that during the years prior to 1995, the Founder lived in Manhattan (New York, NY 10022) and worked and earned income (and spent NYC living costs) which effected the total of, and the changes in, his estate.  Starting in 1995, he ceased to earn working income and his expenditures were those of a full-time resident of San Miguel de Allende.

(**) also, the 4% average increase that we use as an estimate for future years, is exceedingly conservative as we've experienced both 5-year and 10-year averages averaging considerably higher than that.

(1) For informational purposes only, the "estate's entire value" (excluding increase in value of home, still valued at its 1996 cost) was valued at us$7,042,000 as of November 22, 2005, and the preliminary value as of December 31, 2005 is $6,998,000.   Even current information may be found at the recent status web-page
